The water will be sucked vertically by the aerator from the bottom of the tank and distributed horizontal by the mixing blades just beneath the water level. Due to the roughening of the water surface and the extension of surface an oxygen transfer took place. Additionally a high quantity of fine air bubbles will be pushed into the water and distributed inside the tank by the turbulence caused by the aerator.
